- You could get a humidifier
If you get a humidifier, all you have to do is put water in (only enough to get before the line), (plug it in of course) and hit the button once, to keep it on, hit it twice to put it on every 3 seconds. (3 seconds on, 3 seconds off, then it repeats)
If you talk less than you normally do, that will give your vocal cords some rest.

∙ 11y agoSimply get lots of rest and drink lots of fluids. I recommend to sleep a lot. Ludens throat lozenges help too, they are cough drops, but they soothe your throat.
