Ever so often I feel a need for my tailbone to feel relief. It usually has pressure on it, so if I lay down or squeeze myself together, my tailbone will make a cracking noise. It is so loud that others can hear it. I can feel it and hear it making a cracking noise, but I feel no pain. Then, once my tailbone is done with the cracking sound, it won't do it for a while until I feel the need to get relief from my tailbone again. If I ignore the need to get relief, I have extreme pain and it feels like my tailbone must be locked. If I try to lay down or squeeze myself together while my tailbone hurts, it won't budge. When I feel this pain, it tends to take days before the pain is actually gone. Please, if you know of anything that could help me, I would really appreciate it because I know it's not normal. Thanks so much!
To prevent your voice from cracking, try to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, practice good vocal warm-up exercises before speaking or singing, avoid straining your voice by speaking or singing within your comfortable range, and practice good vocal technique to control your breathing and support your voice. If voice cracking persists, it may be helpful to consult with a speech therapist or vocal coach for guidance.
It reaches one of the 3 possible stop codons on the mRNA: UAA, UGA, or UAG. These codons do not code for any amino acid, but instead cause the polypeptide release factor to cleave the newly made protein from the last tRNA. (ed. spelling - I mixed got my words up :)
The code for a cell to stop making a protein is a stop codon in the mRNA sequence. Proteins are synthesized by the ribosome until it encounters a stop codon (e.g., UAA, UAG, UGA), which signals the end of translation, leading to the release of the protein and dissociation of the ribosome from the mRNA.
just dont crack ur bones.... (separate from previous answer)...experts believe the habit of cracking ones bones is more psychological then physical. Its literally all in your head. Trust me if don't think about it you will notice gradually that you have totally forgotten about cracking your bones. Next time when the "urge" to crack your bones arises, ignore it ( i understand how tempting it can be i had the same problem, but slowly i have stopped) ignore it by focusing on something you like, go watch tv or something that you like doing. Like all bad habits, its in your head, if you believe that you will not crack your bones, then you wil not crack your bones... good luck :)
A stage stop on a microscope can be used to limit the movement of the stage in order to control the area being viewed. It helps in keeping the sample in focus, especially when making precise adjustments or when observing multiple specimens.
"Could you please stop making cat noises?"
I Got A Spray Called ''Pet Control'' which Makes A Noise And Stops Them Making Noises!! Bring it to the vet! Why is it making gagging noises? I don't think it is really that humane to spray a dog with something that makes them stop making noises. Just sternly say "no" so your dog loudly so he/she knows you are angry.

Sounds like the brakes need servicing.
