A person's voice usually cracks from their throat being dry. Drinking plenty of fluids will help keep the throat lubricated to help prevent the voice from cracking.

I have a habit on cracking my bones how can I stop?

just dont crack ur bones.... (separate from previous answer)...experts believe the habit of cracking ones bones is more psychological then physical. Its literally all in your head. Trust me if don't think about it you will notice gradually that you have totally forgotten about cracking your bones. Next time when the "urge" to crack your bones arises, ignore it ( i understand how tempting it can be i had the same problem, but slowly i have stopped) ignore it by focusing on something you like, go watch tv or something that you like doing. Like all bad habits, its in your head, if you believe that you will not crack your bones, then you wil not crack your bones... good luck :)

How do you stop your tailbone from making cracking noises?

Ever so often I feel a need for my tailbone to feel relief. It usually has pressure on it, so if I lay down or squeeze myself together, my tailbone will make a cracking noise. It is so loud that others can hear it. I can feel it and hear it making a cracking noise, but I feel no pain. Then, once my tailbone is done with the cracking sound, it won't do it for a while until I feel the need to get relief from my tailbone again. If I ignore the need to get relief, I have extreme pain and it feels like my tailbone must be locked. If I try to lay down or squeeze myself together while my tailbone hurts, it won't budge. When I feel this pain, it tends to take days before the pain is actually gone. Please, if you know of anything that could help me, I would really appreciate it because I know it's not normal. Thanks so much!
