If it meets the same bacteria twice , it will know how to kill it. For example, if you have had chicken pox , then your not meant to have it again , why? Because the body knows how to kill the infection/bacteria.

It would know how to defeat it as it would be able to recognise this bacteria even if it doesn't manage to defeat it (very unlikely) it would still only be a mild flu.
