The endocrine system controls the hypothamlamus that contains cells that are sensitive to hte amount of water in your blood stream. The pituitary gland is then signaled to release a horomone called the antidiuretic hormone. ADH molecules are also told by the hypothalamus and go to the kidneys which then slow down the removal of water.
