Stromatolites are large, layered structures formed by the trapping and cementation of sediment by microbial mats. They are some of the oldest known fossils on Earth and provide evidence of ancient life forms and the evolution of early microbial communities. Today, stromatolites can still be found in a few locations around the world, such as Shark Bay in Australia.
Griffith discovered that the mice still died, indicating that the harmless bacteria had been transformed into disease-causing bacteria by a hereditary factor from the heat-killed bacteria. This experiment laid the foundation for the discovery of bacterial transformation by Avery, MacLeod, and McCarty.

Brain death is considered a legal and medical definition of death in many countries. It occurs when there is irreversible loss of all brain function, including activity of the brainstem. No, humans dont help sharks. Many nations hunt sharks for food (e.g. cutting the dorsal fin off and throwing the still living shark back into the water) or because of unjustified hate. The movie "The white shark" shows sharks as a race of human-killing monsters, which is not only wrog, it lead sharks to the edge of extermination. Quite a strange question. We almost killed them all.
The person or the shark? The shark would still live- most sharks' teeth fall out often, and they have many extra ones. If the shark was sedated the person would live- if not, they might be missing an arm.

A juvenile shark's predators would include bigger sharks and other predatory fish. When full grown, the number of predators would decrease dramatically, though the great white shark and orca whale would still go after it.
Some sharks species live from 20 to 30 years. Some scientist think that the great white shark could be up to 100 years, but it has not been proved. The tiger shark could be between 30 and 40 years. Some well known shark species like the mako shark, the lemon shark and the bull shark are still unknown. The whale shark can live up to 100-150 years. Scientifically there is no way to determine the life span of sharks.
