An Island
speciation occurs
The species will eventually evolve to be similar, but not exactly like the main species.
That would be a community. A population is a group of a single species in a particular area. There would be many different population in the pond.
The answer is no, because a population includes all members of one species in a particular area. So the insects are not in one particular area; they are all over the forest in trees, ground, everywhere- not in one particular area.
The range or area occupied by a population is itsA. Growth rate.B. Geographic distribution.C. Age structure.D.Population density.
Individuals of a species that live in an area are called population.

Actually, nothing happens. But if the distances increase between the groups, then they become geographically diverse and hence there will be a greater chance of development of a new species from the isolated groups. Other factors also influence this, like the presence of already existing populations in the new area.
The Bahamas are smaller, geographically speaking, than the USA. Bahamas- area: 13,880 km, population: 313,312 US- area: 9,826,675 km, population: 313,232,044 The US has about 708x the area of that of the Bahamas, and about 1000x the population.
The species will eventually evolve to be similar, but not exactly like the main species.
Pretty much every non-urban area. Almost all areas are mildly warm in summer.
The Pitcairn Islands south-east of New Zealand has a mere population of 48 ====== I'm more interested in how many there were to start with. At this stage, I'm looking at a population isolated for around 200 years, although if anyone has suggestions for longer time periods, I could change it.
A population is a self-contained group of animals from a single species that interbreed only among the group. An example would be smallmouth bass in a pond - although there are other smallmouth bass in other ponds, they are reproductively isolated because the bass cannot cross the land bridges between the ponds.
If they are in a local geographic area but two separate networks that would technically be a WAN. Of course some people call them MAN's for "Metropolitan area network."
It has an area of 621.2 square miles.
District
Because of location. A earthquake in an isolated area is different than one where there is a population of people and houses.
If the population species of a given area is doubled, what effect would this have on the resources of the community?
