Yes it is perfectly normal. Do you have any throat problems or anything related? If you went to see a doctor they would probably say it is 99% nothing. It is your glands, if they are up you usually have some other reaction. Take care.

My son has the same white bumps on his tongue. Two, one on the tip and one slightly under the tongue. They are quite normal and in most children will go away as they grow. Some do not, but are not harmful. If they continue to grow larger, seek treatment. Unfortunately, I can not remember what the Doctor called them. My son's bumps are about the size of small rice krispies. I was told to monitor them and to seek treatment only if they start to enlarge in size.

White bumps??? If your refering to the normal texture of your tongue ,there is nada you can do . If you have bumps towards the very back that is from post nasal drip during the night . take a decongestant before bed other than that you should go see a doctor because bumps are not from my 7 years looking in peoples mouths at work is not normal.
