∙ 13y agoYes. the phenotype is the visible manifestation of a genotype. In the example of fruit flies, if red eyes are dominant and white eyes recessive, than the genotypes "AA" and "Aa" will give a dominant phenotype of red eyes. Conversely, a recessive "aa" will give a phenotype of white eyes.

∙ 15y agoYes, the phenotype of an organism, which includes its physical traits and behaviors, is influenced by its genotype, which is its genetic makeup. The genotype determines the expression of specific genes that control the development of traits and behaviors in an organism. However, environmental factors can also play a role in shaping an organism's phenotype.

∙ 13y agoYes, phenotype refers to the observed expressed trait while genotype refers to the actual inherited genes present in the nucleus of the somatic cells.
The outward expression of an organism's genotype is referred to as its phenotype. This includes physical traits, behavior, and other characteristics that result from interactions between genetic and environmental factors.
The observable expression of genes present in an organism is referred to as the phenotype. This includes both physical traits, such as eye color or height, as well as behavioral characteristics. Phenotypes result from the interaction between an organism's genetic makeup and its environment.
No, Yy is not a phenotype. Yy represents genotypes, specifically the alleles an individual inherits for a particular gene. Phenotypes are the physical characteristics or traits that result from the interaction of an organism's genotype with its environment.
An organism's phenotype is its observable physical and biochemical traits, such as size, shape, color, or behavior. These traits result from the interaction between the organism's genetic makeup (genotype) and its environment.
Genotype is the specific combination of genes that contribute to a trait that an organism has. (For example, the genes for being tall).Phenotype is the expression of the trait which is partially influenced due to the genotype and partly by the environment (Even if you have the genes for being tall, if you are malnourished you will not grow as tall).
a phenotype is the physical characteristics of an organism based on its genotype.
