∙ 14y agoYou really need to take your cat into your Veterinarian. This could be a sign of many things, such as an injury to the head, feline Leukemia, etc. Your kitty needs to have this checked out by your Vet.

This should be investigated immediately by a trained medical professional certified for the species as acute anisocoria is slightly more likely to be treatable than chronic anisocoria.
