Distilled?
Well I think the answer is 3.34%?
That's a wild guess because I remember hearing this statistic randomly in a Science vid at school but I'm not sure if that was the answer.
The density of a salt saturated solution is 1.2 g/mL
Using different kinds of water, such as tap water, distilled water, or rainwater, can impact the health of plants. Tap water may have minerals that could build up in the soil over time and affect plant growth. Distilled water lacks minerals that plants need for growth, while rainwater is usually the best option as it is natural and contains nutrients that plants can absorb easily.
A bean seed will likely grow faster in tap water because salt water and sugar water can inhibit germination and growth due to high levels of solutes. Tap water provides the ideal conditions for the seed to absorb water and nutrients necessary for growth.
As salt water will kill it quickly in almost all situations, and a regular tap water would keep it living at it's normal rate, I'd say salt would have the greater effect...albeit a negative effect.
Salt water can inhibit plant growth due to its high concentration of salts which can dehydrate the plant and disrupt its ability to absorb nutrients. Tap water, on the other hand, is typically safe for plants as it contains essential minerals and is not overly concentrated with harmful substances.
Clams are not suited to live in tap water for an extended period of time as the water parameters are typically not ideal for their health and survival. Clams require specific water conditions, such as proper salinity levels, pH, and temperature, which are different from what is found in tap water. It is recommended to provide clams with filtered or purified saltwater that meets their specific needs in order for them to thrive.
Distilled.
distilled.
Sugar crystals typically grow faster in distilled water compared to tap water or salt water. This is because distilled water is pure and does not contain any impurities or additional substances that could interfere with the crystal growth process. Tap water may contain minerals or other impurities that can affect crystal formation, while salt water may hinder crystal growth due to the presence of salt particles.
Distilled water will rust a nail faster as distilled water contains higher levels of OXYGEN which is what causes OXIDATION or commonly referred to as rust...
Sea water is the densest among river water, distilled water, tap water, and sea water. This is due to the higher concentration of salt and minerals in sea water, which increases its density compared to the others.
Tap water often has additives, distilled water is justwater
Tap water often has additives, distilled water is justwater
Tap water contains dissolved minerals that can help provide structural support to plant cells, while distilled water lacks these minerals. Therefore, tap water can potentially help plants stay crisper by providing more stability to their cells.
Distilled water is neutral.
Tap water contain some minor impurities.
Distilled water is more pure than tap water or seawater.
