The different Parts of the Human EarThe three major parts of the human ear are the outer ear, the middle ear and the inner ear.Outer Ear: The outer ear consists of the following two parts:Ear Flap (Pinna)Ear Canal (Meatus)Middle Ear: consists of the following parts:Eardrum -HammerAnvil (Incus)Stirrup (Stapes)Inner Ear (Labyrinth): The inner ear comprises the following parts:CochleaSemicircular Canals -Auditory Nerve
The Ear contains 3 internal bones the the malleus (or Hammer), incus (or anvil), and stapes (or stirrup)
there are 3 part's... the outer ear, the inner ear, and the middle ear. all of these are responsible for hearing but the inner is for balance also.
The auditory system is essentially the entire pathway sound has to take. The peripheral auditory system takes the sound and translates it into the electrical processes that the brain can interpret. Then these signals get sent through the central auditory system.
When a sound is made outside the outer ear, the sound waves, or vibrations, travel down the external auditory canal and strike the eardrum (tympanic membrane). The eardrum vibrates. The vibrations are then passed to 3 tiny bones in the middle ear called the ossicles. The ossicles amplify the sound.
The inner, outer and middle. The outer ear is the bit stuck to the side of your head and the ear canal down to the ear drum. The middle ear is an air-filled cavity behind the ear drum, where the 3 smallest bones in the human body are found. The inner ear is made up of the hearing organ (the cochlea) and the organ responsible for sensing motion and gravity which helps us balance.
In the inner ear. It's about 2-3 inches inward from the start of your outer ear. ~Karen~

The cochlea is located in the inner ear, in contact with the latter part of the 3 small bone structures that constitute the middle ear (the stirrup, hammer and anvil.)

The functions of three main component of ear are given below:-1.Outer earThe outer ear is the most external portion of the ear. The outer ear includes pinna (auricle), the ear canal and the ear drum ( tympanic membrane). The outer ear serves as a protective organ for the eardrum, and it guides sound waves into the middle ear. It consists of the Ear Flap, which guides sound, and the Ear Canal, which secretes earwax.2. Middle earIt is the portion of the ear internal to eardrum and external to oval window of cochlea. It contains 3 ossicles, which couple vibration of the eardrum into waves in the fluid and membranes of inner ear.The primary function of the middle ear is to efficiently transfer acoustic energy from compression waves in air to fluid-membrane waves within cochlea.3. Inner earIt includes both the organ of hearing and a sense organ that is attuned to the effects of both gravity and motion (labyrinth or vestibular apparatus). The balance portion of the inner ear consists of 3 semicircular canals and vestibules. When sound enters the inner ear, it causes vibrations. Small hairs react to the vibrations, causing nerve impulses to be sent to the brain, which are interpreted by the brain as sound.
there are 3 answers: 1: you are getting sick OR you are sick. 2: you are freezing. 3: someone is thinking of you (they can be thinking something good or something bad, mostly bad)
The ear has 3 sections:Outer ear has contact with the outside world & ends at the eardrumMiddle ear is full of air and runs from the eardrum to the oval windowInner ear is full of fluid and starts at the oval window then dead-ends.The outer and middle ears function only for hearing, while the inner ear also serves the function of balance and orientation.
