There is no answer for this, as a big step for a baby might be 10cm, but for an adult male sprinter could be 10m, or for a cheetah could be as much as 30m.

That would depend on the person as each person has a different stride length. Could be anywhere from a couple of inches to over a yard (cm to metres).
