Probbaly a cold. Get nice and warm, drink lots of WARM (not hot) water, have honey, or tea, and constantly keep blowing your nose. This is because your sore throat is caused by the congestion, so take care of that. I usually stay in one place, and when I'm better disinfect everything, and wash everything I have touched
