It means that whoever has that has 7 times the normal limit of white cells in their blood. Normal would be from 3.5-10,000. Have them go to a doctor ASAP. It could be due to an infection or something way more serious, like leukemia. It was the latter in my case. Don't worry, though. Leukemia is very treatable. I wish y'all the best!
I won't delete that but I would like to add to it... The beginning was spot on, they should definitely be seeing a doctor.. BUT. Leukemia is different in everyone as it is a bone marrow cancer, a blood cancer, among many other labels. It can change with the slightest additive. Their condition may have been more treatable. This being said, you cant do an at home white blood cell count so you must've been to the doctor already. Any rate... it is a very serious matter.
The EOS percent is the percent of white blood cells in the blood. The eosinophil count is used when testing for Allergies.
EO count is the Eosinophil count of white blood cells in your system. These usually become elevated when you have certain allergic diseases and infections, among other medical conditions.
White blood cells are indicative of an infection.
A 14.5 white cell count of 14.5 may mean that a person has or has had a recent infection. This will eventually normalize on its own.
The normal range for this blood count is between 4500 to 10,000 white blood cells per microliter. A white blood cell count that is above this range can indicate a medical problem, such as leukemia, ovarian cancer, and sepsis.

A white blood cell count of 22000 mm3 is an elevation of white blood cells. This elevation of white blood cells could indicate infection or leukemia. When a test is not within normal limits, consult a physician as soon as possible.
Do you mean a high basophil count? Basophils are white blood cells and the count may be high in allergic conditions such as asthma, hay fever, after a bee sting or as a response to infection.
The EOS percent is the percent of white blood cells in the blood. The eosinophil count is used when testing for Allergies.
A normal white blood cell count is within the range of 4,500 to 10,000 cells/mcL, so a count of 40,000 is very high. This would indicate that the body is responding to an infection.
WBC stands for White Blood Cells. The count refers to the number of white blood cells in the body. In general, the lower the number of cells below normal the less able you are to fight infection. When the number rises above normal, that usually means you are busy fighting an infection. There are sub-types of white blood cells, too, each of which can rise and fall for various reasons. White Blood Count Is a result of 2.9 L x10^3/uL normal for a white blood cell test?

White blood cells are your infection fighting cells. etc...
When the white blood cell count is less than 4,000 per cubic mm, you are said to have low white blood cell count. You have such low white blood cell count in viral infections, chlamydia infections, rickettsial infections, in malaria and typhoid fever. Incidentally they are all the infections inside your cells. White blood cells can not attack them with out killing your body cells.
