I have had a kidney infection- here is my experience:
You have your stomach area (where the baby fat usually is) feel like it will explode, on a scale from one to ten on pain- answer 10+/10
You feel you need to be in the bathroom at all times- but no pee comes out. You feel you need to pee ever 30 seconds. When you do pee, it is less than a teaspoon, even though it feels like you are on fire and it will never end.
Your most comfortable position to sit like is probably one foot kicked up, laying on your back to relieve the pain.
When someone touches the pain filled area- it feels like they are throwing grenades and rocks at you. Needles, stab in you.
Walking is terrible, so it is best to bring like an iPod into the bathroom, or something to keep you entertained so you don't have to make 500 trips.
Tip: Drink plenty of water, being dehydrated is a major cause to kidney infections.
Having a kidney infection- it's a living hell.
