I give blood on a regular basis. When I got my donor card it had O Neg Neg on it. When I inquired about the double negative they told me I had whats called "Baby's Blood". The second neg means I lack A certain antibody that almost every child gets after a common illness, the name I cant recall. But Its the only blood the can be given to an infant. The antibody will cause death in infants. I'm not sure about other blood types but that is what the nurses told me. Hope this information helps you.
