A protein that is known as Helicase attaches to and breaks apart the hydrogen bonds that are between the bases on the DNA strands. Then it pulls the helix apart. DNA just works as a template to make mRNA (messenger RNA)
Our replication process has lost it's momentum.
DNA replication begins in areas of DNA molecules are called origins of replication.
Prokaryotic DNA replication has a single origin of replication, leading to two replication forks. In contrast, eukaryotic DNA replication has multiple origins of replication, resulting in multiple replication forks forming along the DNA molecule.
DNA is copied during a process called DNA replication. This process occurs in the nucleus of a cell and involves making an exact copy of the original DNA molecule. DNA replication is essential for cell division and passing genetic information from one generation to the next.
DNA replication occurs during the S phase of the cell cycle. This is when the DNA in the cell is duplicated to produce two identical copies.

DNA Polymerase
Conservative replication would leave intact the original DNA molecule and generate a completely new molecule.Dispersive replication would produce two DNA molecules with sections of both old and new DNA interspersed along each strand.Semiconservative replication would produce molecules with both old and new DNA, but each molecule would be composed of one old strand and one new one.

The replication of DNA forms new DNA which form new cells when put in the cells of new nucleus's. The body continuously needs to produce new cells through mitosis for growth and repair and therefore without DNA replication these new cells would not be able to be made, which are needed in the human body.
DNA replication occurs during the S phase of the cell cycle. This is when the DNA in the cell is duplicated to produce two identical copies.
DNA replication produces a copy of the DNA. At the same time the cell in which the DNA is to be found splits into two with a copy of the DNA in each. DNA replication is caused by cell replication during the process of mitosis.
Transcription.
In DNA replication, DNA polymerase III is the enzyme which joins the DNA nucleotides together via phospodiester bonds.DNA Ligase is the enzyme that seals gaps in DNA during DNA Replication.DNA Ligase is the enzyme that seals gaps in DNA during DNA Replication.
Damage to DNA can affect enzyme production because enzymes are essential for carrying out the processes required for DNA replication and repair. If DNA damage occurs, the cell may struggle to produce the required enzymes to maintain genome integrity, leading to errors in DNA repair or replication, which can have potentially harmful consequences.
