Mitochandrian is just like mitochondria. It is a part of a cell that produces energy for the cell by breaking down glucose, a type of sugar. It is a jelly-bean type shape located within the cytoplasm of the cell.

Is what I feel what people say chi?

Personally, I think you should be a little more specific in your question ... there might be some flaws in my answers therefore.Chi is a practice that takes nearly your whole life to master. Chi is the process of physically excelling your normal body capabilities by slowly introducing more challenging obstacles. After awhile, you will begin to adapt to the new challenges you experience, thus providing you with possible:Higher resistance to physical pressure.Controlled use of adrenaline.Increased power and/or speed.Scientifically, mitocondrian in your cells with begin to make up for lacking quantities of energy, thus increasing these qualities.Whether of not you feel chi? I say no. Chi might sound like a supernatural phenomenon or some type of arcane occurrence, but it isn't. Besides, even if you did experience chi, you really couldn't do it unintentionally.
