WBC (White Blood cells) have:

1) Increased number of vesicles containing lysins - i.e. more lysosomes - therefore more digestive enzymes for engulfing & digesting pathogens.

2) Increased RER (Rough Endoplasmic Reticulum) since they need more protein synthesis stations to churn out more digestive enzymes. RER contains a lot of ribosomes for protein synthesis.

3) Stable & solid plasma membrane since it needs to undergo cytoskeletal rearrangements during phagocytosis.

4) Lobed nucleus (IE. split into parts) for more maneuverability of internal organelles of the cell & to fit through gaps in capillary walls.
