Neither. Obviously IV is going to be the best, but I'm assuming that you don't want to go down that road, which is a good choice; don't start if you haven't already. Other than that taking them orally and plugging them (rectally) have the same bioavailability (only around 30%, which sucks), and snorting them is an absolute waste, with a bioavailability of ~17%. However, studies show that snorting morphine alongside chitosan will increase the BA to over 60%. This isn't reliable every time, though, so honestly your best bet is to try and get something else if you don't IV. Otherwise, try the chitosan, but I'm going to assume you're young and may not have access to it.
Hopefully you didn't pay too much for these; they're basically worthless to the non-IV user. Go for some OC instead.
