Age only controls the maturity of the breast not the size it all has to do with your body type and what your parents are like

To grow boobs you have to drink plenty of milk at least 2 cups a day..then you get tities

If you're over 21, nothing can really make your breast grow bigger naturally, with the exception of pregnancy. The only way of increasing your breast size is through surgical means.
