Best Answer

There are several possible answers:

The fastest terrestrial animal is the cheetah, a member of the cat family native to Africa. The cheetah has been clocked at 120 km/h (75 mph).

The fastest animal of all is the Peregrine Falcon, a cosmopolitan raptor found in land regions from the Arctic tundra to the Tropics. The Peregrine's diving speeds have been clocked at speeds greater than 320 km/h (200 mph).

The fastest organism, however, may be considered the white mulberry, a medium sized mulberry tree native to northern China. When the white mulberry releases the stored elastic energy in its stamen, its petal can move at velocities in excess of half the speed of sound.

Actually, the fastest organism is a fungus that grows in horse manure. It shoots its spores at an incredible speed. It would be the equivalent of you being immediately accelerated to 200 times the speed of sound.

The Water Bear (Tardigrade), is the world's best Survivor, allowing to be able to take an enormous amount of both heat and cold, and allowing it to survive after massive amounts of radiation.

The common fruit-fly is also an extreme survivor and can quickly reproduce, giving it a high chance to be pretty successful.

Depends on the criteria.

Longest duration of species?

Longest lifespan of single organism?

Highest population?

Ability? (then what type? Everyone's favorite, the Tardigrade, can survive space!)

And that's just for starters, without getting into the complexities of defining bacteria and viruses etc

Is a very difficult question. I think the question itself is flawed unless you're being pedantically specific.

Life is really strange, i cant get my head around it and time is slipping by which i continually, knowingly waste and oh man we only get one shot.

Nothing..../80 years/nothing forever.

Enjoy it.
