Glad you could copy your text book, but the question asks about the posterior CAVITY of the eye, not the eyeball itself. Posterior to the eye is mucous membranes, the ocular muscles, etc.
Aqueous Humor
The Vitreous humor in the posterior cavity behind the lens.
Liquid Humerus
The posterior cavity of the eye is the vitreous chamber. It's the biggest chamber in the eye.
The Posterior Cavity
The vitreous humor is in the posterior cavity of the eye.
Its the space between the lens and the retina
in the anterior cavity there is a jelly-like substance called aqueous humor and in the posterior cavity there is also a viscous, jelly-like substance that is called the vitreous humor, which is also the actual point of attachment for the lens of your eye.
the ventral cavity is anterior to the dorsal cavity which is in the posterior.

Orbital Cavity
Exudate - cells and fluid that has seeped out of blood vessels Posterior - back side of (here the back side of the eye) Pole of the eye: the back two-thirds of the eye, e.g. the fundus -- includes all parts that can be seen in ophthalmoscopy
Intraocular pressure is 16 mm Hg and helps to maintain the shape of the eyeball. Intraocular pressure is maintained by a jelly-like substance, called the vitreous humor, which is located in the posterior cavity of the eye. According to the eyeball's structure it appears in this order: cornea, anterior cavity, pupil, iris, lens, posterior cavity (containing vitreous humor).
Aqueous Humor is the gel-like fluid located between the lens and the cornea in the anterior and posterior chamber of the eyes. Vitreous Humor is also a gel-like fluid but it is located between the lens and the retina of the eyes.
