I would guess aplactic enemia if you mean the failure to make red cells. But it can be hard too diagnose without an examination.
You presumably mean bone marrow. A major function of bone marrow is the generation of new cells.
The medullary cavity contains yellow bone marrow.
The diaphysis houses bone marrow.
Yellow marrow is bone marrow that is involved in fat storage as opposed to red marrow which is involved in the production of red blood cells.
The red bone marrow is important in the skeletal function of producing blood.
There is no such thing as blood marrow. You presumably mean bone marrow. A major function of bone marrow is the generation of new blood cells.
It is the function of bone marrow.

Yellow bone marrow stores fat, which the body consumes as a last resort in cases of extreme starvation. It also turns into red marrow in emergencies such as blood loss or anemia. Miraculously, this process can happen in just a few hours. Red bone marrow produces all blood cells, except lymphocytes which are produced in the marrow and reach maturity in the generative lymphatic tissues, such as the thymus gland or bone marrow.
Red marrow is found in spongy bone, and makes blood. Yellow marrow is found in the medullary cavity and stores fat.
Bone marrow does a lot of things but the major function is the production of RBS. (red blood cells)
The two types of marrow are :  ● Red Marrow ● Yellow Marrow ● The function of the red bone marrow is to produce new blood cells ● The yellow marrow stores fat that can be served as an energy reserve. √ :D :P B-)
Spongy bone is porous and constructed of loosely connected structures. The spongy bones allows for the development of bone marrow. The main function of bone marrow is to produce blood cells.

Bone marrow makes blood cells and lymphocytes.
