Knee (A+)
One of the most commonly injured parts of the knee, the meniscus is a wedge-like
rubbery cushion where the major bones of your leg connect. Meniscal cartilage curves
like the letter "C" at the inside and outside of each knee. A strong stabilizing tissue, the
meniscus helps the knee joint carry weight, glide and turn in many directions. It also
keeps your femur (thighbone) and tibia (shinbone) from grinding against each other.
Football players and others in contact sports may tear the meniscus by twisting the knee,
pivoting, cutting or decelerating. In athletes, meniscal tears often happen in combination
with other injuries such as a torn ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). Older people can
injure the meniscus without any trauma as the cartilage weakens and wears thin over
time, setting the stage for a degenerative tear.

There is a particular joint in your shoulder which is rather vulnerable, as it is very flexible its often stretched, thereby stretching the muscles and leaving it with a very thin protective layer
It would depend entirely on the sport itself. Not only that, but positional responsibilities within a sport may be a key factor. Rugby players for example would be far more susceptible to a shoulder joint injury than a footballer due to the full contact tackling element of the game. However within the sport itself, the group of players known as the backs might well be more at risk of injuries to the likes of knee joints. This is due to the fact that they are often called upon to challenge for high kicks by leaping as high as possible from a standing start and then landing again with the knee joint being the main weight bearing joint when they land. Just look at techniques and requirements in each sport and you get a pretty good idea of what joints are most heavily involved and have to withstand the highest impact levels and wear and tear
The HINGE joint is the most commonly injured joint. This is probably because it only has a small movement which will cause it to be easier to hurt it.
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is the most commonly injured knee ligament

Subacromial bursa
The first and most commonly injured ligament is the anterior talofibular ligament because of its orientation at the instant of injury and its inherent weakness. In planter flexion it aligns with the fibula, followed by calceneofibular lig.and rarely followed by PTFL
the most common area that gets dislocated in the body is the shoulder.
The ankle joint is commonly known as the talo-crural joint which is abbreviated to T-C jt.
Ligaments attach bone to bone; tendons attach bone to muscle. One commonly injured ligament in the knee is the ACL (anterior cruciate ligament). It is often injured skiing or playing soccer, or football.

Our wrists! It is also the most injured joint because of it's use.
Although this condition can affect any joint, the knee is the joint most commonly involved. In individuals with diabetes mellitus, the foot is most commonly affected.
Gliding joints are the most frequently used joint in your body.
Sorry to hear you have recently injured your knee. The knee is the most commonly injured joint in all age-groups. The 'chair knee extension' is a common knee stretch, but there are a number of stretches that can be done by searching the internet using key words 'knee stretches'.

The knee joint is a synovial joint, one of the largest, most complex, and most frequently injured joints. This joint involves the femur (upper leg), tibia (lower leg) and the patella. This called the tibiofemoral joint is supported by a joint capsule, cartilage, and numerous ligaments and muscle tendons. It permits flexion and extension and, with knee flexed, some internal and external rotation.
