Kidney failure. This may sometimes be reversed, and patients can be assisted by dialysis for a time, but complete failure needs a transplant.
Failure to maintain homeostasis leads to, diabetes, & heart failure.

Failure of the chromatids to separate during anaphase onr or two of meiosis
multi organ failure is usually when your kidneys, lungs, heart shut down.
Fatigue failure is caused by fluctuating load. Fluctuating load is one in which the load value chages from a highest value to zer then to negative extreme, then to zero, and so on. Example:Compressing and expanding a spring can be taken as fatigue loading for understanding.
A Bernoulli distribution is a discrete probability distribution which takes value 1 with success probability p and value 0 with failure probability q = 1 - p.
it is determined by your teacher in economics subject. Go ask your teacher and have a failure mark in your gradecard.
Return value 1 from a function is a true value and generally means success. Return value 1 from the outermost function, i.e. to the shell, however, is a failure indication, and the value is dependent on the design of the code. In other words: context-dependent, always consult the documentation.

an Error is A discrepancy between a computed, observed, or measured value or condition and the true, specified, or theoretically correct value or condition. See: anomaly, bug, defect, exception, and fault.whereas a Failure is the inability of a system or component to perform its required functions within specified performance requirements. See: bug, crash, exception, fault.

I'm a complete failure. He suffered of kidney failure.
Everyone defines a failure differently. Who you define as a failure will depend on what you define failure as. What one person sees as a failure, someone else may not see it the same way.
nature of failure
strain-to-failure
Both Fatigue and Creep are causes of failure of a material at a stress value significantly below the Allowable threshold. They differ from each other in the sense that fatigue is defined as the failure of a material, subjected to multiple loading and unloading cycles, even though, in none of the instances, the applied stress crosses the Allowable stress value. The fatigue life of a material is usually specified in # of loading/unloading cycles it can undergo, without failing. The fatigue life decreases as the applied stress approaches the Allowable Stress. CREEP, on the other hand, is time related failure of a material. Creep, explains that a material subjected to a certain applied stress will continue to deform at that constant stress value. Hence, creep results in an increase in strain value while the stress is constant, until it causes the failure of the subject material. CREEP tends to increase with the temperature of the specimen
