Is this question from the "Basic structure of a cell" worksheet. If so, well I answered microscope, but what I don't understand is why it says most cell instead of all cells. Anyway this packet is ten pages long so hopefully your teacher won't grade for accuracy.
Most cells can be seen with the help of a standard light microscope. There are exceptions, such as the female ovum ( or egg; largest cell of the human body) which is as big as the period at the end of this sentence. On the other hand there is the male sperm cell, which is the smallest cell in the body and may take a higher magnification to view well.
Because most cells are too small to be seen with the naked eye. An exception is the ova (egg cell) which is about the size of a full-stop (USA period) in a book.
You need a microscope which enlarges the cells by magnificaton.

Most of the cells you view be in interphase at all times. This is because that is the normal resting phase that cells will assume most of the time.
To view unstained cells.
Spicemen must be placed in a vacuum chamber. Since living cells cannot survive in a vacuum, they cannot be viewed using elctron microscopes.

The type of lenses that are used on CCTV cameras are lenses that are adjustable. They must be able to change a subject's size on the screen. They must have focal view and depth of view.

No. You must used special ISO glasses.
