When we eat we use a lot of our body systems: -digestive system to break down food, skeletal system to absorb/release calcium/ endocine system to get rid of the wastes from the food, nevous system to tell our body to chew and swallow the food, the special senses to taste what we are eating and feel the texture, etc.
