You should probably go to the emergency room to be safe. Otherwise if things don't seem so bad, you could just make sure that she has plenty of fluids (water, milk), and that the baby continues to have a normal temperature. But you would have to check up on her throughout the night to make sure she is doing well. If it's just a rash, if the rash is very bad you should definitely go to the emergency room. If it's not that bad, you can probably wait for the doctor. If she is having any trouble breathing, definitely go to the emergency room because she could be having an allergic reaction that might be very bad (if she was stung by an insect). If you have a stethoscope you could check the baby's heart to make sure it is beating fine, and also the baby's breathing. But definitely if you want to be safe you should go to the emergency room and allow a professional to see her. It's better to be safe than sorry.
