"Blacks" have slightly darker skin colour than "whites," although sometimes it is hard to tell just by looking - you can have very dark skinned "white" people such as Italians and very light skinned "Black" people such as Egyptians. Usually, when people say someone is "black," they mean that their ancestors were from Africa - however, again, this is pretty objective since we have all been inter-breeding ever since humans invented reliable means of travelling around the world! "White" people usually have ancestors from Europe. "Oriental" people have ancestors from Asia. "Red" Indians are the aboriginal tribes of North America, and "Aborigines" are the aboriginal tribes of Australia (the word "aboriginal" just means "native"). Other than the outside part, there are some minor skeletal differences that a medical examiner would notice - it is possible to look at a skeleton and tell what race the person was from! - there are no significant differences between blacks and whites. All races on Earth today are human beings from one species: Homo sapiens. There was a brief time when we did have two different human species (sapiens and neanderthal), but now we are the only humans on the planet. This means that we are all the same. There are no differences in intelligence, attractiveness, criminal tendencies, or any other trait - the only differences are the normal human variations found between the individuals of any species.
The color of their skin?? And a couple of biological traits. For example, caucasians and afro-caribbeans respond differently to some drugs, and caucasians are more susceptible to some diseases that do not affect afro-caribbeans, and viceversa.

Differentiation is the reason that there is a difference between a red blood cell and a white blood cell. Different cells carry different genes.
