Straining them too much such as watching the television for too long or being on the computer for late hours. Concentrating on something for a long period of time like this doesn't give your eyes the rest that it needs. It usually begins to feel like it's about to pop out of your eye sockets or hurt to the point that a headache occurs. With this, I would suggest to take a break or sleep more if so your eyes can rest and you can have a healthier lifestyle. It also has been proven that sleeping more can allow you to lose weight. So get a good nights rest. =]
