Savannas are just areas of scrub or grassland and can be located on either side of the Equator.
In Africa specifically, they are found very close to the Equator itself, in parts of Sierra Leone, Liberia, Kenya, the C.A.R. or the Congo, and downward towards Zimbabwe, Angola, Burundi, Madagascar and South Africa.

This place must have everything with that tropical space as that normal climate over that season of everything from anything as that impact as its effect as cold places are farther from this centre when hot places feel closer to that middle when their distance affect them.
