The prostate gland secretes about 30% of the fluid, which mixes with the fluid from the seminal vesicle and the spermatozoa.

The spermatic fluid or semen is formed by the secretions of the Testes, Seminal vescicles, Prostate gland and Bulbourethral gland.

The sperms are secreted by the testes which pass through the vas deferns to seminal vescicles. The seminal vescicles contibute to about 70% of semen. The prostate gland and bulbourethral gland(Cowper's gland) further contibute to form semen.

What is sperm made of?

Firstly, sperm are cells, you can't see them with your unaided eyes. I guess you are talking about semen, which is the medium in which sperm travels. Ok, semen is mostly water, actually. A number of glands (like the cowper, prostate) add their contributions along the way. The role of semen is to transport the sperm cells deep within the uterus/fallopian tubes of the female, and to protect the sperm from the acidic nature of that anatomy.
