yogurt is actually more netrual more than anything else.It is more neutral than any thing else because of its high a main ingredient milk which is neutral. The yogurt also contains sugar and maybe fruit which are acidic but the milk neutrilises it all and balances it .
You have to cool the milk to 50 degrees celsius or less before adding the starter culture because otherwise all the microorganism you will use for fermentation will die and the fermentation won't take place. Most of the bacteria (Lactobacillus, usually) need 37 degrees celsius for growing and fermentation. Temperatures higher than their optimum temperature will decrease their grown and the fermentation process will be slow or can kill these bacteria.
No, humans are faster than rats.
Orcas are faster than dolphins in the water.
0.8 kph is faster than 0.75 kph.
It's the other way around - the Lactaid will last longer.
The water content of milk helps the spoiling process.
yes it spoils alot faster because it has more ingredients
No, skim milk spoils way faster then whole milk because whole milk is much better and more useful so skim milk spoils way fast then whole milk definitely. - - - - - I think they're about the same. ............. This girl conducted a science project that should answer this question in plenty detail: http://sciencefairprojectsreview.com/which-milk-spoils-fastest/ Basically, the quick answer is no. Apparently the accelerated spoilage in lower fat milks has to do with the displacement of the fat to water ratio. Because of this, lower fat milks usually contain more lactose than higher fat milks. The more lactose there is, the faster the milk will spoil.
Ice cream will melt faster than yogurt, as yogurt does not melt.
yes ice cream does melt faster than frozen yogurt because it has ice and cream in it that makes it melt faster and frozen yogurt has yogurt in it which makes it thicker and since its frozen it makes it even more thicker so ice cream does melt faster than frozen yogurt.thats why ice cream is faster melt than yogurt.
Yes
No milk freeze faster
First of all Ice Cream melts faster than Frozen Yogurt. So get your facts organized.
Recipes I have used, and that came with my yogurt maker say you can use: Whole milk 2% milk 1% milk Fat free milk Soy Milk or Almond milk to make yogurt. I have never seen a recipe using cream for yogurt making. So I think all purpose cream would make a heavy yogurt and so would whipping cream. When I made yogurt using 2% milk it is much lighter than yogurt make with whole milk and takes longer to cure. The yogurt maker suggested 10 hours for whole milk yogurt and 12 hours for 2% yogurt. Good luck.
There are quite a few foods that spoil very quickly. These foods that spoil quickly typically include a variety of dairy products.
I think seafood spoils quicker than milk, but milk spoils due to the bacteria that are naturally found in milk. Pasteurization eliminates pathogens and reduces the overall bacterial load. Since it is not sterilized, milk will eventually spoil even when refrigerated.
