Without more context it is difficult to say but public restrooms have a sorting mechanism at the front that divide boys and girls into different doors, and then move them into stalls until the bodily functions are complete, and then to the sinks to wash their hands (I hope!) before finally leaving.
The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) performs this sort of sorting all of the time, though the fecal aspect of bathrooms seems a better match for rough ER.
You could say though, that the ER allows certain processes to take place in private instead of having to be exposed to the commotion of the more public spaces in a cell.
Unlike the rough ER, the smooth ER is not studded with ribosomes. This gives it a smooth appearance.
Its called smooth Endoplasmic reticulum a.k.a Smooth ER
The endoplasmic reticulum is a packaging system. There is a rough and a smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The rough endoplasmic reticulum is important in the synthesis and packaging of proteins. The smooth endoplasmic reticulum is important in the creation and storage of steroids.
The Endoplasmic Reticulum is involved in these processes. The rough ER is involved in protein synthesis. The smooth ER is involved in lipid synthesis.
Smooth endoplasmic reticulum makes lipids and breaks down toxic material. Rough endoplasmic reticulum makes protein.
It is the smooth ER. They also produce lysosmes and peroxisomes

In the sarcoplasmic reticulum (smooth er).
smooth endoplasmic reticulum
No because if they been connected then it be smooth endoplasmic reticulum or the rough endoplasmic reticulum and it will be one of the both :p
Its called smooth Endoplasmic reticulum a.k.a Smooth ER
Two types of Endoplasmic Reticuli exists, the rough endoplasmic reticulum and the smooth endoplasmic reticulum. The rough endoplasmic reticulum is involved in the synthesis of proteins -{from through}- VIA the ribosomes embedded within its structure. The smooth endoplasmic reticulum is involved in the synthesis of lipids and steroids.
The smooth endoplasmic reticulum.
smooth endoplasmic reticulum
there is really no definite size of a smooth endoplasmic reticulum, they range in size. :)
