Most likely, because of your young age, it is not a problem. However, because it is not normal to have a lump in your neck, you should get it checked out by a Doctor Who can make a proper diagnosis and treat you if necessary.
It could simply be an enlarged lymph node, which is common after being ill, or a knot of some type in the muscle.
Please see your doctor ASAP.
