Yes, bats have eyes.

Bats do indeed have eyes, but their vision is very dim. They navigate mainly by echo location, where they emits squeaks , and judge how close something is by the sound that bounces back. That is why bat capture is done with nets. The open mesh does not return an adequate amount of sound to enable bats to successfully avoid them.
