technically, It should be the same either way. You are not adding anything to freeze with it so it's still just the chicken weight.
A frozen turkey does not weigh more than fresh. A 15-lb frozen turkey will weigh 15 lbs. when it is thawed.

Obviously frozen chicken breast because sodium is added to it to make it last longer on shelves at home or at a market. A fresh one, has less.
More info required: is it a whole chicken salami and, if so, what diameter is it and how much does it weigh? Or is it slices and, if so, single slices or slices frozen in a stack - in which case what diameter is it and how much does it weigh? And where is the thawing to take place: in the fridge; or at room temperature? And why the heck would you want to eat chicken salami anyway? Matter can be neither destroyed nor created. If you start with a pound, that's what you'll end with. An object's weight is proportional to its mass, which is a measure of how much matter is present. Since the meat's mass did not change by freezing it, it's weight remains unchanged.
Assuming that no weight is added or taken away, the weight (or the mass) will remain the same. However, this assumption is not always correct: when you freeze stuff, sometimes it accumulates moisture from the surrounding air, which then freezes.
Raw Chicken or Cooked Chicken. How tightly packed is the chicken? More specific information is needed.
it weighs the same
Frozen foods cost less but are way waaayy too unhealthy. Their full of processed chemicals and pesticides and all this nasty stuff. And while fresh food does cost a little more, it will benefit the students health by a lot. Frozen food is cheaper, but unhealthy and fresh food is more in cost, but undeniably healthy
