go to the shop and buy a good seed mix for your bird. i would buy a cockatiel mix and a fruit mix and put them together.
also give your bird fresh fruit and veg and a iodine mineral block witch is pink and you can get them in many pet shops.

plants from the gqarden but you can give your bird willow with no vines on it just the branch take off the leafs and it will be a good perch and chew toy
