there are ducks in place of the eggs
yes I think yes, if a warmed custom built cages can hatch eggs why not chickens? They are poultry anyway
Ducks aren't born, they're hatched from eggs.
The same way any chicken or goose or duck. They are hatched from eggs.
Put the duck egg under another broody hen or bring it inside and place it in an incubator.
Guy Fawkes and his fellow conspirators hatched the Gunpowder Plot at the Duck and Drake pub in London.
Yes, they are a special breed of ducks. Half squirrel half duck and they bite! good luck
No, neither a duckling or a gosling can be hatched by a mother duck or a mother goose. both gosling and duckling are hatched by hen. this is what i saw when i was a child 40 years ago in North China. is that the same in Europe and America?
it really does depend on the type of duck as they can vary between breeds to find out you could look in a duck book but go on the internet and do a more detailed search
Oh, yes. I have successfully hatched many ducks under broody hens for the past 35 years. In fact, when using an artificial incubator, the temperature for the chicken and duck eggs should be set at a steady 100F.
