Puffins look for a cozy crack between the rocks, or they dig their own hole for their nest. They use their bills as shovels and sweep loose dirt away with their feet. At the end of the tunnel they dig, they make a room and line it with grass and feathers. They are found along Coastlines of the western, southern, and the eastern part of Greenland, Iceland, the United Kingdom, the western part of Europe, and the northeastern part of North America. Hope I helped!
