Owls can be found all over the world, but I'm not sure about the Arctic and Antarctic regions. Maybe Snowy owls live there. It all depends on which owl you are trying to find. For example, if you were trying to find the Burrowing owl, you should look in the Southwestern region of the United States and Northern Mexico. Or if you were trying to find the Eastern Screech owl, you should search the Southeastern U.S. There is a totally cool website called The Owl Pages.com where you can look because it has everythingon owls.
