Your baby budgie likely lays down and grips onto the cage at night as a natural behavior related to sleep and security. Budgies often seek a safe, comfortable spot to rest, and gripping onto the cage can provide them with a sense of stability. Additionally, they may be mimicking the behavior of wild budgies, which often perch tightly to avoid predators while they sleep. If your budgie seems relaxed and is not showing signs of distress, this behavior is typically normal.
Can budgies have seizures? Yes, budgies can have seizures. If they stay down at the bottom of the cage with their food and water you know that your budgie is about to have a seizure. It is a unusual behaviour for a pet budgie to stay down at the bottom of the cage. If it happens quickly give your pet budgie a cold bath!!! PS: hope your budgie lives a happy life!

When using a baby play cage, it is important to ensure that the cage is sturdy and stable to prevent tipping over. Check for any sharp edges or small parts that could pose a choking hazard. Always supervise your baby while they are in the play cage and never leave them unattended. Make sure the play cage is placed on a flat surface away from any hazards such as cords or furniture that could be pulled down. Regularly inspect the play cage for any wear and tear and follow the manufacturer's guidelines for use.

No! If the baby is sleeping through a feeding it wouldn't make sense to wake them up. Eventually they will be settling down to a more normal routine including sleeping through the night. Babies will certainly let you know if they are hungry.
The two parts of a lift that go down in a mine are the cage and the counterweight. The cage is the compartment that carries miners and equipment, while the counterweight balances the weight of the cage for efficient operation.
One reason I learnd is that your sugar level may have dropped at night causing your baby to move. The most rational answer so far that I understood is during at night, when you tend to lay down and rest, your body is not making any movements to craddle your little one thus, this made him awake.
