Yes. I've done it. Costs no money, just time. There are several YouTube videos on how you do it. Basically there is a metal tab called a pawl atop the wiper motor. You take the plastic trim off by the wipers then you adjust this pawl so it catches properly and the wipers will park where they are supposed to. Common problems with GM & Olds. Look it up.
