There is no VIN number on a Sea-Doo Jet ski. There is a HIN number which serves the same purpose. Therefore you cannot decode it.
Yeah most do but jet skis and those sea•doo boats are jet powered

Sea-Doo jet skis are manufactured by Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP), a Canadian company. The main production facility for Sea-Doo watercraft is located in Valcourt, Quebec, Canada. BRP also has additional manufacturing sites in other countries to meet global demand.
Used jet-skis go for as cheap as $200 Newest most expensive Sea-Doo on the market today is $16,000
The 1994 Sea-Doo XP jet ski has a dry weight of approximately 400 pounds (around 181 kg). This weight can vary slightly depending on modifications and additional equipment. It's designed for agility and performance, making it a popular choice among watercraft enthusiasts.
For a Sea-Doo jet ski, it is recommended to use a synthetic gear oil that meets the manufacturer's specifications, typically a 75W-90 weight oil. Sea-Doo often suggests their own brand of gear oil, such as the Sea-Doo Synthetic Gear Oil, for optimal performance and protection. Always refer to your specific model's owner’s manual for the exact requirements and guidelines to ensure proper maintenance.
Sea-Doo GTX was created in 1993.
Sea Doo personal watercraft, like almost all similar types of personal water vehicles, use a jet propulsion system rather than a traditional propeller motor like that on a standard boat. In jet propulsion, a water pump is powered by the engine to build up a set amount of pressure and when that pressure is released it causes the craft to be propelled into motion.
The primary difference between a jetski and a Sea-Doo lies in the brand names and designs; "Jet Ski" is a trademarked term from Kawasaki, while "Sea-Doo" is a brand from Bombardier Recreational Products (BRP). Both refer to personal watercraft (PWCs), but they often have varying features, performance specifications, and design styles. Additionally, Sea-Doo models typically include more family-friendly options and unique features like brakes, while Jet Skis are often known for their performance and speed.
