For a 1995 40 hp Evinrude outboard motor, the recommended fuel mixture is a blend of 50:1, which means 50 parts gasoline to 1 part two-stroke oil. This translates to approximately 2.6 ounces of oil per gallon of gasoline. Always use high-quality two-stroke oil and regular unleaded gasoline for optimal performance. Be sure to check the owner's manual for specific recommendations and any updates.
For the 1995 model 40 hp Evinrude, mix at a 50:1 ratio.
I have the same motor and use 50:1.
50:1 on slow use and 40:1 on every day use
45:1 in hot weather 50:1 in cold weather...
im trying to find out what to mix the gas at for a 40 hp evinrude outboard motor
50 to 1
More than likely 50:1. But not guaranteed. Depends on the year and model. Always err on the side of TOO MUCH oil. May smoke but may save engine.
40 to one with Belray MC1. I love The belray products for years. They are great products.
40:1 is the fuel mixture per the manual
The correct mixture is 50:1...or 1 pint to 6 gallons...if possible use the OMC Johnson/Evinrude oil, Do not add more oil than that, you will loose power. Also I recommend adding SeaFoam to each tank. It decarbonizes the engine as well as preserves the fuel. 1/3 can to 6 gal with 1 pint of oil.
Mixture is 40:1.
