the balanced chemical formula for aqueous ammonia and sulfuric acid is as folllows :

ammonia(g) + sulfuric acid (aq) --> ammonium sulfate (aq)

NH3 + H2SO4 ---> (NH4)2SO4

Now balance:
2NH3 + H2SO4 ---> (NH4)2SO4

There are 8 hydrogens, 4 oxygens, 2 nitrogens, and one sulfur on both sides.

ammonia + nitric acid --> ammonium nitrate

NH3 + HNO3 --> NH4NO3
