Michigan has removed it's law requiring fuel pumps to display whether the gas contains any ethanol. So it cold contain 10 or 15% ethanol. As for Premium, it depends on the station's owner. Some will purchase their fuel ( all gas pumped into all the stations......be it shell, mobil, BP, Citgo etc) comes from only a few distributors. The only difference between them is their additives. That being said,
Assume all gas has ethanol UNLESS the STATION itself advertises they're selling ETHANOL FREE. So does VPower contain Ethanol......... PROBABLY. Ask the station owner or operator if it does. That's the only way to be sure
no ethanol is not an element. Ethanol is an Organic compound.
how is ethanol controlled
No, ethanol is an alcohol.
technical grade is bethween 96% and 98% ethanol and ethanol absolute means pure ethanol whithout water ('almost') 99.9% ethanol Absolute ethanol has no water whereas 96% ethanol has 4% water or 98% has 2% water. Thus, the reaction can occur with water.
Ethanol is an alcohol not a salt.
Yes
87 octane, i recommend running shell 91 vpower once in awhile to keep ur fuel filter clean
MOST pump gas has at least 10% ethanol. Check the sticker on the pump.
shell marathon conoco
Yes
It depends sometimes it can sometimes it doesn't.Normally if you look at the sign that tells you the prices when your on the road it should say contains ethanol.
It depends on the station selling it. In my area, one station does not sell it while another sells it with up to 10% ethanol.
Apparently Siciliano's on Lake Michigan and Buffalo Tabacco on Fulton, as well as the Shell on Michigan and Fuller.
I'm asking the same question, just spent $500 (reasonable, too) replacing fuel pump, filter, sending unit due to ethanol deterioration. I know of a Shell station that has "Marine Gas" which is 89 octane non-ethanol, for the price of their 93 octane.
There are many gas stations that are located in St. Louis that sell non ethanol gasoline. Exxon and Shell are among the most popular gas stations that sell this gasoline.
Major brands without any ethanol like shell v power or exxon extra.
YES THERE IS It is at the corner of Verot School RD and Hwy 92 (E Milton Avenue) across from the Shell station. You can't miss the big "100% Gasoline, Ethanol Free" banners on the station itself.
