If the solute particles were polar and the solute particles were non-polar, then this wouldn't create a solution because they don't mix. Also temperature will affect it. For example rock salt in ice-cold water wouldn't make a solution because it would take the longest time to dissolve.

What are charged particles that form when atoms gain or lose electrons
Hydrogen, I believe
Particles that have been coagulated and been brought together to form a larger agglomeration.
A solid in which the constituent particles do not form a pattern is said to be amorphous.

Able
Gas is the form, there is no form of gas, the particles in gas move freely, they actually vibrate.
The speed of which new particles form is called the rate of reaction.
Ice is the form of water that has particles moving the slowest. This is because the water is solid and the particles are tightly compacted.

it is an atom. atoms help form the particles.
The simplest form of an element is an atom. Subatomic particles are not a form of the element; they are a "building block" of an element.
